there are two kinds of free company that is

1.Cow Farm
The Cow Farm can produce Raw Milk. Raw Milk is used by Milk Factory.  

2.Magazine
Magazines can produce Articles. To produce Articles the company needs Paper. Articles are read by citizens.

Click manage in your company
set your company name, Logo and etc

Click Finance 
To be able to work, a company needs money. In this section you can invest or withdraw money to the company. You can invest or withdraw only GOLD. Write the amount in the boxes on the right and press the appropriate button. The transfer is executed on the spot. 
Invest 2 Gold after that show new menu sell 1 gold there is tax when u converting gold to local curency.

Click Workplace
 Displayed Wage - in the local currency of the country the company is in, for 8 hours and maximum productivity
you can set the wage min 1.00 click save and click activated done now u wait worker work in ur factory.

1. workplace quantity for add new slot worker and pay with euro
2.  set wage (1.00 = 56.00 wage) (1.01 = 56.65 wage) (1.02 = 57.12 wage)
3. after set wage press save
4. and ativated and your work slot will show in workplace

 

this mean your work slot is active

Click Licenses 
 In here you can see how many Productivity to make one product
Example :
To produce 1 Liter of Raw Milk you need 20 productivity points. Raw Milk is used by Milk Factory to produce Processed Milk.
 PP = Productivity
So you need 20  PP to produce 1 L Raw Milk
My PP only 1 ??? here to calculate PP
see your PP example your  Productivity 38.00
Means (Productivity 38.00 X 8 Hours = 304 Productivity) <-- this your total PP
(304 Productivity / 20 Productivity needed to make 1 L Raw Milk =  15.20)  
it means after you work in your own company make 15 Liter Raw Milk with 38 PP

 Remember Each 3 Month U must buy extend Licenses

 
Click Inventory

In Inventory you can see ur stock and what material require
now set how many you want to sell set price 
Set Local Curency Price Mean u sell in Local Market
Set Gold Price  Mean you sell in Global market
you can set both in same time so your Raw Milk will sell in local market and Global market
Now time to wait buyer to buy your Raw Milk :)
